Coaching cancellation and rescheduling
Life happens. These are the rules that keep it fair for you and for the coach.

Cancelling
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
- Cancel inside 48 hours and the session fee is not refunded.
The exact notice period is configured by the administrator and is shown on your booking. Draft default for owner review.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once, at least 24 hours before the session, to another available time.
- If the new time is no longer available, your original booking stays exactly as it was.
If the coach needs to cancel
You will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Late or failed payment
A time is held for you while you pay and released if payment is not completed. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. If a payment arrives after your hold expired and the time was taken, you will be offered another time or a full refund. You will never be double-booked.
Calendars
Availability is managed by the coach here. Outside calendars are not checked.
