Refund policy

If something is not right, tell us. This is how refunds work and how they affect your access.

Digital products

Because files are delivered immediately, downloads are generally non-refundable once you have downloaded them. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Courses

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course. Draft default for owner review.

Coaching

Coaching refunds follow the cancellation policy.

What happens to your access

  • Full refund: access to the related download or course is removed. Signed download links stop working immediately.
  • Partial refund: access is kept unless the owner decides otherwise and says so in the refund notice.
  • Disputed payment (chargeback): access is suspended while the dispute is open, and restored if the dispute is resolved in our favour.

How to ask

Use the contact page and include the email on your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several days to appear.
